    ’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Brandon Gibbs Initiates Full Douche Bag Mode

    ’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers find that Brandon has never been a favorite amongst fans. He’s a mama’s boy, he throws his Russian fiancée, Julia Trubkina under the bus anytime his parents (who he still lives with) disagree with something the couple does, thinks or says and he has as yet, at 27-years-old, to locate his backbone.

    But Julia somehow found something to love about Brandon, and he seemed to make our favorite girl at least mildly happy, so we kind of just glazed over his shortcomings.

    Even last week, when he looked like he’d rather be sticking hot pokers in his eyeballs than wedding dress shopping, we gave him a semi-pass. But last night’s episode changed everything.

    This week Brandon initiated full douche bag mode…and now Julia stans are out for blood.

    First, Mother Betty seemed to have paid off the church lady to make a song and dance again about the proposed wedding date falling on the day BEFORE Mother’s Day.

    Brandon couldn’t even defend the decision to choose May 9 because he couldn’t remember why it had so much sentiment to Julia (and him?). As we all yelled the romantic meaning at the screen, Brandon searched deep down within and came up with…

    …the wrong answer. Hey Brando, it’s the anniversary of you and Julia first conversing online and you telling Julia she looks like her wife to be!

    Later we see Brandon and Julia chilling in a church pew. Julia is obviously shook after realizing that Brandon gives zero f#%@$ about their wedding, he doesn’t even know which guests are invited. This is allllll Mother Betty.

    Who wants to bet Betty will “accidentally” put the wrong date on the invitations?

    It’s in this moment that Brandon finds his voice…and he probably shouldn’t have. He tells Julia the wedding “is your thing”.

    He mocks Julia’s crying then says in the most derogatory tone possible, “you’re upset because I don’t share the female fantasy of a wedding day, right?”

    He then accuses Julia, “You want me to be someone I’m not!”

    This from the man(-child) who tried to turn a Russian go-go dancer into a Virginian farm hand!

    Let’s surrender to the gender stereotypes and say the groom is often a little more separated than the bride when it comes to wedding planning. What Brandon has to realize is that he is Julia’s only support system in this country. She doesn’t even have a drunk uncle coming to their wedding.

    Sorry, Brando, but you brought Julia out to the US, away from everything and everyone she has ever known…you have to do double duty.

    Look, we’re not asking Brandon to give up everything he knows for Julia, but perhaps throw your fiancé an “I give a crap” hug or a “I can’t wait to marry you,” kiss once in a blue moon. And just stop being so…Jovi-like!

    By the by- anyone wondering who these 60-70 invitees are? Does Brandon have friends? I’m just hoping not all the guests are friends from Betty and Ron’s swingers’ cruises…or am I?
