’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers finds that Julia Trubkina was not cut out for farm life, I don’t know what Brandon Gibb originally thought but he obviously didn’t think that far ahead when he decided he wanted to bring Julia over to the United States.
It’s pretty obvious he made a rookie mistake and didn’t do the thing that couples do when getting to know each other – the talking part. He didn’t ask what her expectations were, he didn’t tell her what his family’s expectations were, he didn’t warn her that on the farm they would be subject to his parents’ rules, and that was really low-down on his part because it’s obvious that Julia expected something way different than what she got.

She wanted a life where she was allowed to get used to things at a more leisurely pace, not immediately thrust into farm work.
The thing is it’s not really about the chores or discipline involved in the life. I think that by itself would be okay, I think it all boils down to a lack of respect from Brandon’s parents. They constantly act like Julia doesn’t know her own mind or what’s good for her.
They almost act like their punishing her for even having a relationship with their son and distracting him from his duties on the farm, even though he has said that the farm is ultimately not his dream.
I wonder if his parents know that or if Brandon just hasn’t had the guts to tell them yet? Brandon doesn’t strike me was the type of guy who ever has the guts to actually say anything to his parents.
Was Julia his way of trying to establish boundaries and basically telling them that he wanted to live his own life? Judging from the culture that he comes from, I wouldn’t doubt it. A lot of parents that come from that culture are very, “Once you’re married and out of my house is when you can live by your own rules.”
Well, Brandon is halfway there, he just needs to realize that no matter what, it’s not going to be comfortable for him when he’s breaking free. He’s going to have to establish boundaries at one point in his life, but at the rate he’s going it may not be with Julia.
Julia has already threatened that if they don’t move from the farm immediately that she is going back to Russia. Will she stay or will she go? Stay tuned!!!
