’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers reveal that Yara Zaya is pregnant, but she has now dropped another bombshell on fiance Jovi Dufren’s family that she wants a small wedding. Of course, Jovi’s Mom is not happy about it because Yara acted like since her own family couldn’t be there that she just wanted the wedding to consist of her and Jovi and that would be it.
Jovi’s Mom instantly got offended because she said that there was no way she wasn’t being invited to her own son’s wedding. Thing is, if Yara has anything to say about it, she may not have a choice.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Another bombshell from Yara
In an ideal world, Yara would likely be having her own Mom and a few friends come over for her wedding to Jovi. However, since this was filmed at the height of the pandemic, there was no way to get Yara’s Mom to the US. So Yara just wanted a small, simple wedding where it was possibly just her and Jovi.
Heck, I think she was even up for a Vegas wedding. Jovi’s Mom, in true NOLA style, wants everything to be big and loud, and she also wants Jovi’s Grandparents to be able to attend the affair. She’s not wrong for wanting that, but in the end, it’s not her wedding and she doesn’t really get the final say.
Also, Yara is pregnant, she may just not want a huge fuss made over her, because by the time they actually do end up getting married, she may not be able to fit into the dress that they pick out now.
Jovi also has work, with his schedule it’s probably hard to nail down a time that would be good for all the people that Jovi’s Mom wants to invite. The thing is, they could always have a big wedding later where they could invite everyone, but right now I think it’d be important for them to get things legally done and over with so that these two can get into the swing of actually being married.
With Jovi’s Mom though, I have a feeling that she may end up overpowering Yara and both Yara and Jovi, in the name of keeping the peace are going to wind up doing something that they don’t really agree with. Oy. Stay tuned!!!
