Nicole Nafziger has decided to split up from her lover, Azan Tefou.
’90 Day Fiancé’: Nicole Nafziger And Azan Tefou Have Split Up After Five Years Together
The former stars of 90 Day Fiancé had been dating for a period of five years since they first hooked up together in 2016. While fans may have been left shocked by the news, Nicole reassured them that they tried everything in their power to make things work.
Sadly, they just could not iron out their differences. In a statement given to Us Weekly, Nicole said: “Azan and I have decided to go our separate ways. We had much love and respect for each other, but we weren’t without our faults. Unfortunately, we can no longer continue our journey together.”
The couple, for their part, had been through a lot during their time together. They had to cancel their wedding on two occasions due to the pandemic. Naturally, that is not going to go ahead now given what we know now.
Not only that, but Azan was denied his visa which meant that he was stuck in Morocco. Although Nicole went to see Azan in Morroco, it turned out to be a disaster. And because of the pandemic, she was left stuck there for a period of time.
These events sadly took their toll, even though, they stayed together for a long time. She added: “This may be a shock to many because we stayed strong for so long…But as we move forward and heal, we ask that you respect both parties and not constantly ask about it. Thank you to everyone who has supported us together.”
Whilst they have parted ways, they have remained on good terms. Nicole has stated they will continue to look out for each other. Nevertheless, she stressed that they are going to stay just as friends.
She stated: “[Azan] is a good person and deserves to be happy as much as I do. We ended on good terms, and I wish him the best.” Let us hope that each of them can work things out and move on to a better life. And the fans will be there to support them every step of the way.
