Mohamed and Yvette from 90 Day Fiancé are finally together and they couldn’t be more thrilled. Mohamed came from Egypt to New Mexico to be with Yvette and now that they are together, there is a lot that they will have to work through.
Mohamed was so happy to see their bedroom and a heart in roses on the bedspread. Yve chuckled when he saw it, but these two seem incredibly happy now that they are together. There may be some cultural issues with these two though and we have already started to see it.
90 Day Fiancé: Yve’s Opinions Versus Mohamed’s
One of the first things that Mohamed tells the cameras about his perfect woman is that “she will love me as my mother and she will take care of me. Someone to prepare everything for me, and make my life easier. Yve makes me feel good, she’s older, she’s mature and she’s taking care of me.” Yve also has to take care of her son, who has special needs. How will Mohamed react when he doesn’t get the attention that her son does?
90 Day Fiancé: Mohamed Abdelhamed is Home With Yvette Arellano
Yve tells him that she didn’t get the bidet yet and this really causes quite the stir between these two. She tells him that she isn’t sure what he will do in the meantime, but they will figure that out. The bidet is important to Mohamed because his entire body should be clean when it is his time to pray to Allah. He prays five times a day so that it is one of the most important things for him to do. As a practicing Muslim, he must stick with all of his religion’s traditions, no matter where he is. He isn’t quite sure why Yvette would forget something that is so important to his culture and religion. He says that tissues and toilet paper are just not enough to be clean enough to pray.
Yve says that she will get it, but she will get some help putting it together if they need a little extra help. Mohamed tries to be really cool about it, but he is nervous after investing so much into their relationship.
This is only one of the many differences that these two will face in this season of the show. Yvette doesn’t seem to feel that bad about it, but we will see what happens next with these two and their cultural differences.
