This news would completely shock him if he has in fact had a vasectomy. He would have to confess to her that he has a secret and then things would more than likely fall apart between these two.
Shaeeda knows that her clock is ticking when it comes to having children and this is why she has made it a point to tell Bilal that they need to start working.
