90 Day Fiancé couple, Yvette Arellano and Mohamed Abdelhamed showed us all the red flags when they were on the show this past season. At the end of the Tell-All episode, she spoke to the cameras about how she had found some text messages between Mohamed and another woman. Of course, she was horrified to read them and she said that she saw some very inappropriate texts and photos that had been sent back and forth.
She seemed unsure of what to do about it, but it sounded like she was going to talk to him about what happened. Then Mohamed appeared on camera and he said that he was sorry and was going to try to repair their marriage. He also mentioned that he told the woman to stop texting him because he was married. This story only gets better though.

We all just knew that Yve would more than likely file for divorce because of the cheating, but there seemed to be other reasons as well. Yve and Mohamed couldn’t see eye to eye on many things, culture and religion being two big ones. He wouldn’t let her be herself no matter how hard he tried. Although, did his best because he wanted to get his green card as soon as possible.
90 Day Fiancé: Yvette Arellano Finally Files For Divorce After Learning of Mohamed Abdelhamed’s Cheating
While Yve and Mohamed were in marital bliss, he decided to start a fight with her and then record it. The audio was shared on social media and during this fight, he claims that she physically abused him and then he had her arrested.
It turns out that he was planning to get his U-visa, which is basically like a K-1 visa, but this visa is for those who have been abused by their spouse and it can be received even if they divorce. This was the plan that he had in mind and now Yve is telling her lawyers that he is committing immigration fraud.
With all of this drama, it looks as if Yve has finally filed for divorce from Mohamed. It is no real surprise and her rep told fans, “The couple’s most recent media exposure regarding their 90 Day, K-1 visa journey was rife with incompatibility, heartache, and controversy. Sadly, many of these events unfolded online and on their reality TV series.
Arellano’s filing for divorce only serves as the next step in the trajectory of the couple’s journey. She has come to the conclusion that the marriage suffered irreparable harm and cannot be reconciled. She hopes this will be the final step to close this chapter in her life, put the past behind her and move forward into the future.”
