90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days cast member, Mahogany Roca decided to take a break from social media because of all of the bad feedback and backlash she had gotten. She couldn’t take it any longer, so she deleted her social media accounts. However, no one can stay away from that long, and now she is back on Instagram.

This past week, Mahogany posted a message to Mike Berk and all of the critics that she had. It read, “I want to congratulate Mike from 90 Day Fiancé for sending me a picture making fun of me. And besides that, thank all the comments of mockery.”

She told her followers that this was terrible for her mental health and that she had been in shambles for months now. She even told her followers to leave her pictures alone and no matter how filtered or touched up they were, they were still her pictures.
Mahogany also felt that she needed to address her accent. There were many fans who thought that she was faking it all. She told them that no matter what they think, she is from Peru and she is Latina.
On her new Instagram account, fans were shocked to see that her profile picture was of her with Ben Rathbun. He even shut down his Instagram account from all of the backlash as well. Interestingly enough, Mike decided that he needed to apologize to Mahogany as well. His post read, “Mahogany, I want to apologize for the meme that I shared on your old account… Ximena is really dragging me bad.” Mahogany then replied, “So if not for Ximena, you don’t apologize, Mike?”
Mike then went on to say more to Mahogany. He told her, “I am sorry for the meme that I re-shared.” Mahogany then told her fans, “I come back to Instagram and everyone is still a bully.” Of course, her followers still had rude comments to make about her pictures and using the filters. Her whole intention to get off of social media for mental health reasons still doesn’t keep the trolls away if you come back.
We hope that Mahogany is glad to be back on social media, but from the comments we have seen, it doesn’t look too promising. You can see more of Mahogany and Ben on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. It airs on Sunday nights at 8 p.m. EST on TLC.
