On 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, we have now met Ben Rathbun and his girlfriend, Mahogany Roca. They met when she liked a few of his modeling photos on Instagram and she shared her modeling photos as well. They hit it off based on their love of showing off their bodies and the love of God.
Based on her pictures alone, many viewers and his friends and family think that she is a catfish. It turns out that she is real and she is ready to talk about why her photos look different than what she really looks like.

When people use filters, it does make us wonder why they do so. Fans of the show are beginning to wonder this about Mahogany as well. Mahogany has refused to video chat with Ben, so of course, she looks fake to those watching and those in Ben’s life. Fans of the show have been searching high and low for her and they have discovered some pictures of Mahogany that look a lot different than the ones that she had sent to Ben.

Ben flew out to Peru to meet Mahogany and found out that she didn’t want him to come because of the way her father was feeling about him. It turns out that she may have also given him the wrong address and this had fans up in arms. They were not fond of how she was treating him and for good reason.
Fans of the show took to social media to explain why they think she isn’t a catfish and how they have seen pictures of her that are unfiltered. One fan tweeted, “I’ve seen unfiltered pictures of Mahogany (yes, she’s real) and she’s attractive but she doesn’t look the same as her pix and she’s only 21 or 22 instead of 24.” Mahogany took to Twitter and replied, “The photos you saw without retouching are mine at 15 or 17. Now I’m 22. I don’t look the same.”
If she is 22 and not 24, as she told Ben, they will have quite the age gap since he is 52! He seems to be in love with her already and it is clear that he wants to meet her to make sure that she is the one for him. With this much of an age difference, no wonder her father is uncertain of his motives. With that many years apart, who wouldn’t be?
