This opened the floor for the other cast mates to admit to their nips and tucks with Natalie Mordovtseva admitting to lip fillers but hating the ballooned result and Yara Zaya admitting to occasionally doing her lips and getting a nose job.
Yara kind of had to confess to the nose job, as internet sleuths had already uncovered some “befores” out there!

Julia Trubkina was the only female cast member on stage to say she didn’t believe in surgery, and honestly got a little high and mighty sounding. Yara had some points in her rebuttal about feeling good about yourself, saying she could not accept what she saw in the mirror so fixed the situation.
Sure, to each their own, but fans watching the show had to wonder if no one had ever heard the old adage that it’s what’s inside that counts?
Perhaps we should start a new motto that has something to do with not looking to the 90 Day cast to be our role models?
