‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers suggest that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has not been well due to not being properly medicated.

Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) tampered with his prescription. He coerced Sonny’s pharmacist to give him an astronomically low dose of his bipolar pills.
Since then, Sonny has been on a tirade and hurt the people who love him the most. His trusted lawyer, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy), is about to be another casualty in Sonny’s war against the world.
In the June 3rd episode of GH, Sonny called Diane to meet him after shots were fired at the warehouse. When Diane showed up, she was willing to represent him. However, things are about to change.
Sonny’s paranoia has escalated to the point where he threatens Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). He states that if he didn’t walk away from Corinthos coffee, he’d be dealt with, and Jason refused.
The mafia boss may start to see Diane defending Jason as a betrayal. Soon, he will let Diane know she’s just another one in his life’s long list of traitors.
Sonny may fire Diane and hire Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), who’s about to get her law license back after her disbarment, to defend him in court.
It wouldn’t be the first time Sonny’s baby mama defended the dimpled don. Viewers may recall that back in the day, B.D. (before Diane), Alexis was the legal eagle involved in Sonny’s perpetual trouble with the law.
And it’s about to get very interesting. While Sonny will be cleared of instigating the shootout at the warehouse, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) agreed to testify against her father after he beat Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) to a bloody pulp at Brook Lynn Quartermaine‘s (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase‘s (Josh Swickard) wedding reception.

Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos), Kristina’s sister, was tapped by Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) to prosecute Sonny, as Anna also knows that Sonny almost beat Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) to death.
It all seems like one giant, collective conflict of interest, but in Port Charles, anything is possible. Alexis is fighting in court to defend Sonny, as her two daughters will be on the other side.
Molly admitted that her worst nightmare is going up against her mother in court. Kristina is still reeling from the reality that Sonny has a dangerous side to him, and her father may not be the gangster with the heart of gold as he portrays himself to her and his other kids.
Sonny almost killed both Cyrus and Dex with the strength of his fists, and Kristina witnessed him threaten to kill both Jason and Dex at the Metro Court.
Alexis will have her work cut out for her, as Molly will argue that Sonny is a danger to himself and others, and she’s not wrong.
The one silver lining is that Anna now knows Valentin is behind the ambush. However, someone like Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) or Jason must discover that Valentin messed with Sonny’s meds so he can get the help he needs and get back on track.
