Jasmine and Gino have only been married for a short time and they are slowly working on getting her kids to the States. They found out that it could take up to two years to get them to the United States and receive visas to live with their mother.

Jasmine became very disappointed when she found out that her children may not be able to come and live with her for at least two more years. She blames it on Gino and tells him that they should have hired a lawyer sooner than they did and this wouldn’t be an issue.
Gino told her that even with a lawyer, they can’t speed up the process either. He said no matter what, there is still a wait for the visas to go through.
Gino pointed out that they can’t even afford a lawyer right now since she spent so much money on their wedding and neither one of them is working currently. Of course, this got her very upset and she told Gino that he was an “evil person”. When she called him that, he told her, “You’re screwed up in your dumb head.”

Once again, Jasmine has not gotten her way and decides that she wants a divorce from Gino. She is constantly threatening him that she will leave if things don’t go her way and this isn’t shocking to viewers of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After.
Gino feels that no one is really to blame for this happening, but of course, Jasmine always feels as if he is the one causing all of the problems in their relationship. After chatting with a lawyer, the couple learned that Gino was not listed on the boys’ application and this has complicated things.
The couple first thought it would only take about six months to get them to the United States, but found out that it could be at least two years now.
