The Everett Lynch (Blake Berris) storyline is one of ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers favorites with the Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde angle, and it looks like there’s a lot more to come.
Everett comes across so sincere that only those that hate him, like Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu), think he’s lying.
For Jada it makes sense given how he hurt her as Bobby Stein, though how she went from fond memories to hating him before coming face to face is curious. But still understandable.
Chad just sees a opening to win Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) over, even if he’s claiming non-interest at the moment.
With Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) believing him, it seems there’s going to be an interesting struggle as the truth comes out, but that leaves ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers wondering how no one’s considered Everett has alters?
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers – Is it due to Abigail?
Considering how close Chad and Julie were to Abigail Deveraux (Marci Miller), she could be the reason behind their reactions.
For Julie, she’d be more sympathetic because of her love for Abigail and may not want to jump to conclusions. Instead, she’ll wait to know more and offer her support to Everett as best she can.
As for Chad, well, it comes back to hating Everett.
Everett was a threat to his relationship with Stephanie, and now that he has another alias that could be a different personality, we think he’s scared of what it could mean.
For starters, there’s a great chance he’ll lose Stephanie to Everett permanently, but it’ll also remind him of what he lost with Abigail.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers – Too many bad memories
Remembering that part of Abigail’s life will be hard for him, especially when Chad has to lose someone else he cares about to a rival, like he nearly lost Abigail to Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barish).
While that was more along the lines of Stefan trying to manipulate her, we think Chad will immediately jump to that conclusion with Everett.
He’ll see red and want to remove Everett from their lives so he can continue not dealing with his emotions and trauma to justify being aggressive when he doesn’t get his way.
We expect the truth to come out in the next couple of weeks thanks to Marlena Evans (Diedre Hall) working with Everett, and when it does it’ll be interesting to see who will end up being the dominant personality and who will be the suppressed alter.
Why do you think Chad and Julie haven’t broached the possibility of alters yet? Let us know in the comments below and check back with ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation around.
