First, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal it was pretty obvious. As soon as we saw the weekly with that angelic figure, we figured that Paulina would be saved. And that is exactly what has happened. Paulina’s family is thrilled when the cardiology tests suggest good news.
As in, she won’t need that transplant anymore. We just wonder if they’ll tell anyone about Lexie Carver’s (Jennifer Lee) visit. We’re sure they’ll also be celebrating the return of Abe Carver’s (James Reynolds) memory as well.

As for Wendy, it seems she’s a bit fuzzy on the details of what happened just before they passed out. So, she’ll ask Tripp what they said when they were facing death.
