‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers have been wondering if there’s a deeper story to Everett Lynch (Blake Berries) than we suspect, but it looks like it’s going to be a fun ride when it comes to light.
While there’s been plenty of speculation about his past and if he’s a deranged killer or other possibly evil minded individual, it looks like he could be a bland polygamist.
Or is he?
Given his story of being hit by a car and put into a coma, which no one has bothered to verify for some reason, there’s plenty of room to speculate as to how and why he married Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) under the name Bobby.
Given how his character, from Jada’s point of view, went from being sweet and then distant to a cheating dirtbag, we’re wondering if there’s more to this than just assumed identities, and since it’s Salem and a soap opera, anything’s fair game.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers – Missing some information
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers have to say first, we’re very disappointed Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) didn’t do a deep dive into Everett’s claims of having been in a coma, though if he did it was off camera and he didn’t find anything.
It’d make sense if he had since he was threatened by Everett being Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein)’s ex, but like we said, it was either done off screen and it’ll be mentioned or someone skipped that.
That tidbit of information would’ve helped us choose which angle to pick from, so let’s dig into both.
One that comes to mind is Everett has a twin and they get confused since they look so much alike. This would explain the name choice of Bobby, given how different it is from Everett.
But twins can be difficult, so we’re going to go with a sexier theory and one the show has used before – Alternate personalities.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers – Making the trend fit
Since Chad has a history in dealing with alters with Abigail Deveraux (Marci Miller), it’s possible he didn’t recognize the same symptoms like Everett’s headache and so on as he’d take Everett at his word.
And why wouldn’t he? Everett’s proven to be an honest, stand up guy.
But if he does have alters, that could explain a good many things, and why he may not have spent time in the hospital after getting hit by the car.
For Everett, he may have woken up there, but what if after the accident Bobby surfaced and that’s when he romanced and married Jada?
It’d tie the timelines together and make for an interesting reveal when Jada sees him and confronts him. He wouldn’t recognize her and that would open all sorts of fun doorways to storylines.
If only Chad had dug into his past a little.
