‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers suggest that Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) needs someone to help her realize the extent of the damage Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) has caused.
Charlotte was manipulated and taken advantage of by Victor. He made her believe that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) was out to get him and would ultimately cause him harm.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Charlotte Needs to Learn About the Dangers of Tarot Cards
Charlotte truly thinks her Papa is in danger from the lovely brunette super spy. Victor brainwashed her, and she doesn’t understand that.
Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is probably not the best candidate to talk some sense into Charlotte, considering that he tends to treat her with kid gloves, even though she is a full-grown teenager.
Charlotte must understand that it was wrong and that she shouldn’t have terrorized Anna. However, she also needs to talk to someone with first-hand experience with Victor and how he operates.
The tarot cards Victor gave Charlotte are no joke. He used those cards to brainwash and control Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) when he was holding him captive at his compound in Greece for two years.
Drew may be the perfect person to have a much-needed sit down with Charlotte to explain how evil Victor is. If Charlotte gets in any deeper with those cards, she may end up in the same boat.
Victor made Drew do whatever he wanted; all he had to do was activate him. Drew could explain this to her and even show her which cards Victor used and for what purpose.
Charlotte needs to listen to someone about Victor once and for all, but we all know she won’t listen to Anna. Charlotte is still sticking to her story that Anna shot her on purpose.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Charlotte May Be in Too Deep to Listen to Reason
Indeed, Charlotte will reject anything Anna says. She is desperate to get her away from Papa, and even though Charlotte may not exactly feel that getting shot was a good thing, she certainly likes the result.
Valentin and Anna have called it quits, and now Charlotte has Valentin all to herself. So, if Anna is not the right person to get through to her, perhaps a little therapy would do her some good.
Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) might be the way to go. Charlotte trusts her grandmother, Laura Collins (Genie Francis), so she might be willing to listen to Kevin.
Kevin knows the girl is good at presenting a down-to-earth, stable impression when she wants to. Maybe Charlotte needs someone who can break through her façade and get her to tell the truth.
The only issue with Kevin and Laura is that her grandmother was an enemy of the Cassadines. If she’s in too deep, she may not even want to listen to her.
When all else fails, Charlotte has Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). She doesn’t have first-hand experience with Victor, but Charlotte likes her.
No matter who Charlotte decides to listen to, she needs a good talking to. Charlotte has made many destructive decisions based on her misplaced hatred of Anna.
The problem is that Charlotte doesn’t see that she needs help. Teenagers can be difficult. A teenage Cassadine may be impossible.
