‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers tease that Nina Reeve’s (Cynthia Watros) SEC secret is bound to come out very soon. It’s only a matter of time before someone reveals the truth.
It is highly likely that either Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) or Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will oust Nina for the lying snitch that she is, and it doesn’t take a crystal ball to know how Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will react.

Sonny doesn’t tolerate disloyalty, and Nina not only threatens Sonny’s business, but she could have been responsible for Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), Sonny’s baby mama, being sent to prison.
It won’t take long before Carly could be changing her name back to Corinthos. An enemy lurks behind the shadows, as Mr. Brennan (Charles Measure) has been revealed to be Pikeman.
Pikeman knows who Carly Spencer is. He knows she is Sonny’s ex-wife and the mother of his children. Carly met Pikeman briefly when he stopped in for a meal at Kelly’s.
He seemed interested in the fact that Carly had kindly given food and coffee to a homeless person who had been outside the restaurant. He even gave Carly money to give to the homeless man.
Of course, this impresses Carly, and she thinks she just met a friendly businessman passing through town who stopped at Kelly’s for a burger.
Meanwhile, Mr. Brennan may have other plans. He may get the idea to use Carly to get to Sonny. He wants his shipments moved, and Carly would be the perfect leverage.
Mr. Brennan obviously targeted Carly in the hopes of getting to Sonny.
The mob activity involved with Sonny’s business and Pikeman Security Group has been heating up, and danger is imminent.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Pikeman Uses Carly As Leverage
He could use Carly’s life as a bargaining chip to coax Sonny to move Pikeman’s shipments. Mr. Brennan could kidnap Carly and demand that Sonny cooperate in exchange for Ms. Spencer’s safety.
Sonny won’t risk Carly’s life and will come to the rescue. Sonny’s heroic actions make Carly remember why she fell in love with Sonny a long time ago.
Since Nina’s betrayal will send her packing, Sonny and Carly gravitate toward each other again. The former spouses will realize that their love story isn’t over, and there may be hope for a reconciliation.
At the same time, Pikeman becomes an even more significant threat, and an all-out mob war ensues. Pikeman will be a formidable opponent, as Sonny’s loved ones are secretly being watched.
Interestingly, Sonny had asked Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) his opinion that he told Pikeman’s employee, Roman Hume (Mark Engelhardt), that he was done being the delivery guy for the organization.
Dex advised Sonny that he made a mistake. Dex is just as loyal and helpful as Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).
Dex’s instincts tell him that Pikeman is not one to be messed with, and he’s right. Sonny will soon find that out for himself.
The mob war will upend Port Charles, and Sonny will need to step up his game to save Carly and the people he cares for the most.
