Things are going to get pretty tense in Port Charles in the next couple of weeks and ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers are ready for a good civil war between General Hospital and Hamilton Finn (Micheal Easton).
With the biggest fight of his professional life coming, he’s doing everything he can to prepare himself, and part of that is sharing his concerns with Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst).
She’s the perfect confidant as she listens, offers advice, and is supportive, but she’s also a little naïve at times because she knows her friends at the hospital won’t want to throw Finn to the wolves.
It’s a great outlook, but we think it’s one that going to rapidly change over the next few episodes as she’ll see more and more of what Finn is talking about.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers – Good sources
While it may seem unbelievable to her, Liz will ask around, especially of Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) to see if it’s true.
This will be a interesting conversation since Terry already told her she can’t talk about it, and that will cause her to talk to Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner), and he’ll back everything Finn has been told by, well, every top lawyer in town.
This will cause Liz to rethink a few things and put her squarely in the middle of her livelihood and the man she loves as she’ll want to try to find a way to balance everything.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers – Standard operating procedure
Like Terry told her before, she’s got to follow the procedure in dealing with the malpractice lawsuit to the letter, and while she won’t like throwing Finn under the bus she has to think of the hospital first and foremost.
This could mean a couple of things like she and even Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) won’t may not know the lawyer’s strategy, though ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers find that hard to believe.
And if they do know about it, they’ll have themselves convinced that the fallout for him won’t be that bad or he’ll find a way to salvage his livelihood.
This will put Liz into an even deeper trench as she’ll be forced to choose sides and she’ll find herself in a no win situation.
To make it worse, we expect Finn and Terry to tell her to stay out of it to protect herself, but she may not be able to since she’ll want to do the right thing and could sabotage the hospital’s claim that Finn was incompetent.
