‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers love how there’s always a new twist coming in a storyline in Port Charles, and now it looks like a personal vendetta has put Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) into danger.
The good news is that he’s not in danger yet, but that could change in the next few days if Director Brennan (Charles Mesure) and his apparent lieutenant Roman Hume (Mark Engelhardt) happen to hear him talking to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco).
This all came about after he went to the locker no one knew about and collected the missing documents and other items that had been kept there, most likely in the event someone tried to kill Jameson Forsythe.
If that was his plan, it didn’t work out like expected since he was murdered, and Brennan isn’t too happy about that.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers – A dangerous game
Dante’s past is the driving force behind his desire to expose the WSB, and while it’s a noble effort he also knew the trouble he could get into.
While no one knew about the key he lifted or the locker, there was every chance someone was having him followed, but he lucked out there.
He may luck out again since no one there knows who Brennan or Roman really are, and Willow Tate (Katelyn MacMullen) being there talking with Sam will give him a reason to talk about what he found.
If his luck holds, then Brennan and Roman could leave before he and Sam have a chance to talk about what he found, and since he found Anna Devane (Finola Hughes)’s stolen files, the question on whether to tell her about it will come up.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers – Difficult decision
Given Anna’s recent issues, Dante may find it difficult to trust her with what he found since the file was in her possession originally and they obviously knew she had it.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers doubt things will go too easy for Dante, so chances are Anna’s name being brought up will catch Brennan or Roman’s attention, and that’s where things could go sideways pretty fast.
While Brennan wants anyone with the files eliminated, if he does some research he’ll know Dante is Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)’s son and that will give Brennan more potential leverage on Sonny.
He could have Dante kidnapped and held to get Sonny’s cooperation, or try to have him killed and offer their help by pointing at another entity to appease Sonny.
