‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers disclose that Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) comes to Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) in a dream and tells her it’s okay for her to move on with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly).
The dream represents Sasha’s sub-conscience that makes her feel that if she takes the next step with Cody, she is leaving her late husband and baby Liam behind.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Cody and Sasha Have Grown Extremely Close
Cody and Sasha grew close when he saved her from the clutches of the evil Dr. Montague (Darin Toonder) and her “monster” in law, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs). Cody went to great lengths to rescue Sasha. It was clear from the start that the handsome cowboy was smitten with her.
Sasha was in serious trouble and would have been murdered if her stay at Ferncliff mental institution had been about one minute longer.
Cody sensed the deception of Dr. Montague and Gladys, and he didn’t hesitate to commit himself to breaking Sasha out of there.
When Cody and Sasha were at the cabin, Sasha finally realized that Gladys had betrayed her. Sasha, Cody, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) formulated an awesome plan.
Once Cody and Sasha were out of Ferncliff, they were free to start a romance. Unfortunately, even though Sasha admitted to having feelings for Cody, she feels guilty acting on them.
Sweet Baby Liam’s death and Brando’s murder still haunt Sasha. She doesn’t want it to feel like their death didn’t have a significant impact on her life, and she’s not sure if she’s ready to move forward.
Sasha and Cody have an undeniable chemistry that sizzles whether the camera is rolling or not. Cody’s new gig at Deception means that they will be close to each other.
It was so cute when Cody and Sasha were at the Quartermaine’s for Thanksgiving dinner, and Leo Quartermaine (Easton Rocket Sweda) mentioned that Sasha was Cody’s girlfriend.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Brando’s Blessing
The look on their faces said it all. The two of them have really fallen for each other. It’s not hard to imagine these two becoming a super couple on the show.
Cody and Sasha are both good people with kind hearts who have been misjudged and had rough family situations. They also love kids and animals; just look at how sweet they were with that adorable scene-stealing baby llama, Ferdinand.
Cody and Sasha both deserve happiness, especially Sasha, considering what she has been through. Even if Sasha is uncomfortable with being called a survivor, that’s exactly what she is in spades.
Cody would be perfect for her. With his gentle spirit and sense of humor, he can provide Sasha with the lightness she needs to remember that life is beautiful and she should not be spending it feeling guilty for finding happiness.
When Brando comes to her in a dream, he will give her his blessings to move on with Cody. Brando would want that for Sasha. He loved her unselfishly and would understand her wanting to embrace a potential new relationship.
Let’s hope GH does right by Sasha and lets her be happy and free to experience love again.
