‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers reveal that Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) will find out about Charlotte Cassadine’s (Scarlett Fernandez) bad behavior and find herself in a significant dilemma.
Willow has reported to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) that things with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) have been going well.
However, that could all be about to change. If Willow should happen to overhear Nina and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). The two are conspiring to keep the secret that Charlotte has been the one terrorizing Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Willow’s Dilemma
Willow knows firsthand that Charlotte is a troublemaker. She remembers when she was her teacher, so she may not be too surprised to discover Charlotte has been pulling stunts again.
The only difference is that instead of bullying a classmate, Charlotte has set out to hurt someone.
Willow may confront Nina with what she knows and give her an ultimatum. Nina should tell Anna the truth, or she will not forge ahead with their newly minted mother/daughter relationship.
Willow tends always to do the right thing, and she will not be part of Nina’s deception.
Valentin had talked Nina into getting rid of the security footage from the hotel. The footage proves that Charlotte went into Anna’s room the night it was trashed.
If Willow finds out, it may cause a rift between her and Nina. This revelation is where Willow will wonder if her mother has changed at all.
Don’t forget Willow recently dreamed about Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel), warning her not to trust Nina. There was good reason; after all that, Harmony kept the secret that Nina was Willow’s birth mother so closely guarded for years.
Willow would be unhappy with Nina if she knew she was helping Charlotte escape a serious crime.

Not to mention, Nina is also keeping that tiny little secret. She sicked the SEC on Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew, which is why Drew is in jail and in danger.
In the soap world, a juicy secret only comes out when a lot is at stake, such as a wedding. Who else wants to bet that when Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Nina are about to say “I do,” someone walks in to stop the wedding in the nick of time?
That being said, if and when Willow finds that out, it will likely be the last day she ever speaks to Nina. With Nina, there tend to be a lot of secrets.
Nina believes she is keeping the secret about Charlotte to protect her. However, Valentin and Nina are not doing Charlotte any favors.
Charlotte trashed Anna’s hotel room, stalked her, and possibly burned down her house, and she is using tarot cards that her Grandpa Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) sent her.
Nina may try to reassure Willow that they are just buying time. They will get Charlotte the help she needs, but Willow won’t.
Even though Charlotte may be acting out due to her Mom, Lulu Falconeri Emme Rylan) being in a coma for years, it’s not an excuse to knowingly hurt others.
Willow may have a big decision to make about whether she wants Nina in her life or not.
