    ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for October 6th reveal Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) can’t seem to catch a break. Meanwhile, it looks like Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is about to make a big move. We’ll also see Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) down for some fun. Here’s what you need to know.

    First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Anna makes a request. With all the twists and turns in her life lately, Anna is reeling. And Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) latest announcement didn’t make her situation any better.

    So, she’ll turn to Robert Scorpio, telling him, “I asked you here because I need your help.” We imagine there’s very few people in her life she can trust like him. And Valentin might have given her some reasonable explanations, but we don’t believe she fully accepts it all.

    That he has Charlotte Cassadine’s (Scarlett Fernandez) best interests in mind, we’re sure she has no doubt. However, that doesn’t mean all of her suspicions about his behavior have been cleared up.

    Speaking of Valentin, Nina shares news with him. ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal she’ll tell him, “I’m leaving town.” Sounds like that elopement is on, given how serious she sounds.

    We’re not sure how Valentin will take this, given his own current situation with Anna. Not to mention his problems with Charlotte. Besides Martin Grey (Micheal E. Knight), she’s the only one he can talk to about this situation.

    We do have a feeling this elopement will happen without any interruptions. We just don’t have high hopes about the outcome of their trip. Things have a tendency to come out at the worst possible time for people.

    Plus, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has a lot of his plate right now. So, that’s not adding up to a long, happy honeymoon. Or a lasting union.

    Finally, it seems Kristina is filled with anticipation October 6th. She tells someone, “Tell me when and where and I’m there.” A safe bet would be she’s getting an invite to her father’s wedding. He and Kristina have a special bond, and we don’t see her wanting to miss his big day.

    However, there could be something else ahead for her as well. She and Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) have been getting along almost too well, so we sense something’s about to happen between them. And there is a teaser next week that refers to them both.
