‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For October 19: Update
First ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Valentin has been doing his best to handle the Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) situation, and mostly on his own. However, it looks like he finally admits defeat and realizes he needs more help.
To that end, he’ll confide in Laura. Laura will obviously be alarmed when Valentin warns, “It’s worse than you realize.” Given how she’s handled the Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) situation recently, we do believe she’ll have a hard time believing Charlotte has gone as far as Valentin thinks.
But we do believe he’ll convince her, and we think Laura would be one of the best choices to get through to Charlotte. Laura’s compassionate, yet firm and has no problem being blunt when someone she loves is seriously messing up.
And we think her age and position as a matriarch in the family would be something that could get Charlotte to pay attention.

Elsewhere, Sprina fans were happy to see Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) enjoying a romantic weekend alone. But it looks like the proverbial honeymoon is over now that they’re back in Port Charles.
In the promo, Trina sounds upset as she argues, “This fantasy that you and Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) have is a dream come true for her!” Looks like Trina believes the co-parenting under the same roof situation needs to end.
We’re not sure if Esme does something that sets this off, or if another voice gets in the middle of things to work Trina up. But we do know this doesn’t look good for their future.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For October 19: Warning
Finally, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal TJ Ashford (Tahj Bellow) will have some unwelcome news for Portia. In the promo, he warns, “Someone was here last night and it’s your right to know.”
This has to be referring to Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), who was not a welcome sight when he visited Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). And Portia will likely be furious to know Cyrus is free and will likely go into super Mama Bear mode, given what he did to her and her daughter.
We just think she’d better watch how far she takes this, because will we do think Cyrus found religion, we also think he’s not one to be pushed too far.
