.‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers reveal that Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) will find out why the judge who sentenced Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) in the SEC case is so biased against him.

Drew has an honorable background, which should have worked for him, not against him, and Diane finds it odd that someone who was in the Navy and served their country would be given such a harsh sentence.

Not to mention, Pentonville is a prison for hardened criminals. It is hardly a place for someone who got busted for nothing but insider trading. It didn’t even benefit Drew in any way.

Since Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) has asked Diane to look into ways they can get Drew released early, Diane decides she wants to try to help.

‘General Hospital’ Spoiler: Drew got an unfair deal and Carly tries to fix it

After talking with Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), Diane thinks it may have something to do with Drew’s rescue mission and saving the world in Greenland. Drew is a decorated Navy Seal officer who did what the WSB couldn’t do.

The WSB wouldn’t lift a finger to help Drew since he embarrassed them. The judge may have been coerced, but there are other working theories.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Did Tracy Pay Off the Judge?

Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) could have paid off the judge to get back at Drew for accusing Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) of turning him into the SEC.

Or, she could have simply wanted Drew out of the way since he knew that Tracy was blackmailing Brooklyn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).

Drew wanted Tracy to get Ned to drop the SEC charges. He said he would tell Ned what she was doing to Brooklyn. Tracy even tried to get Drew into trouble when Ned hit his head and fell into the Metro Court pool.

It could have also been a clever way for Tracy to prevent the merger between Aurora and ELQ.

She may have found out about the deal and stopped it. Ned was upset that there would be no place for him with the company, and he sided with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).

Maybe Tracy did it to back Ned and protect ELQ’s interests since the company thrived under Valentin’s leadership.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Is Cyrus Influencing the Judge?

Another plausible theory is that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) may have had the judge in his pocket.

Cyrus could have set up the whole prison fight and even faked his heart attack so that the trained Navy Seal officer would get into a fight with the man attacking Cyrus.

ABC 'General hospital' Spoilers Cyrus pleased with Cyrus

He knew that Drew would require Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) protection after that, granting Cyrus Sonny’s protection. Cyrus may also be the mastermind behind Pikeman.

Cyrus seems oddly interested in Drew and is like a spider trying to capture him into his web. Even before the prison fight, Cyrus constantly tried to bring Drew into his flock.

A more bizarre, less likely theory is that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) paid off the judge.  If Drew had a harsh sentence just to hurt Carly since she knew Carly did not plead guilty.

Nina may have seen separating Carly and Drew as the ultimate way to ruin Carly’s life.

As usual, Nina may not have thought things through. She assumed that Sonny would remain with her, even if Drew were sent to prison for three years.

It seems like Nina would not be that stupid, but you never know with her.

Whatever the case, Drew’s sentence is outrageous.

It is safe to assume that the judge is either being paid off by someone or they are connected to the WSB.

Either way, Diane will get to the bottom of it.
