    ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For August 24: Deception’s crisis could be Brook Lynn’s downfall. Plus, Cody isn’t helping…

    ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for August 24th reveal Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) gets a visit. Meanwhile, things are not looking good for Deception. We’ll also see Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) continue to make a bad situation even worse. Here’s what you need to know.

    ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For August 24: Progress report

    First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) visits Curtis. It sounds like the visit will be greeted with a little suspicion. In the promo, Curtis tells someone, “You came all the way down here to check up on my progress?”

    We definitely believe, should this be the case, Jordan’s motives are not just seeing how he’s doing. There’s definitely still love there, and we do think she’s also going to be worried about him and the way he’s interacted with people since the diagnosis.

    Elsewhere, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) deliver bad news. It looks like it’s all hands on deck for this, as Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanada Setton) and Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) are there as well. Brook Lynn will want to know what the emergency is.

    We think Brook Lynn better be worried. Really worried. In the promo, Lucy tells Maxie, “Someone is out to bring us down with malicious intent.” This is another example of how insecure and desperate a lot of soap characters can be.

    Brook Lynn is possibly setting herself up for serious legal trouble because she was scared to tell the truth before. And that ends up being their downfall, unfortunately. Possible getting sentenced for what she’s done isn’t going to do a lot of good for her relationship with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard).

    ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For August 24: Not helping…

    Finally, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Cody is really not handling things well. In the promo, he’s doing another crazy act and asks Mac Scorpio (John J. York), “Help me right now — take me in.”

    While we see why one might think of trying to get inside to help, we’re pretty sure Cody would have no chance of getting near Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattson), even if he did end up in Ferncliff. Plus, the longer he keeps this act up, the less credible he’s going to be.

    This might be why Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) calls out Cody. And we believe she’s doing this on Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) behalf. In the promo, he asks Sam, “Would you be down with doing me a favor?”
