‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers are set to see the beginnings of a fun counter aggression action by Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) and a not-so-fun homecoming for Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).
Of course, nothing would be complete without Summer Newman (Alison Lanier) getting into a catty argument with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver).
There are a few directions things could go in the coming days, and we don’t see any of them going off as planned. At least, not entirely.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For July 27: Trying to make nice
While this is part of Tucker McCall (Trevor St, John)’s plan, it’s also important for Phyllis to mend the bridges she burned down with her actions and that includes making nice with Jack and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).
First up is Jack, and were sure it’s going to go as well as skinny dipping with sharks while covered in blood.
‘Young and the Restless’ doubt Jack will be anywhere close to forgiving Phyllis for destroying so many lives with her selfish actions, and there’s no way he’ll believe her claim that Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) forced her to help him.
She has too much hatred for Diane for anyone to ever believe that except maybe her daughter.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For July 27: Playing the part
It looks like Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will be all set for his part in Diane’s plan to end the Abbott family war as he and Jack will have a public fight to prove his shifting alliances.
There’s a legitimate concern that Tucker will find a way to bring out Billy’s demons and undo all the character growth he’s undergone the last few years, but that just makes this a good test for Billy to see how strong he’s become.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For July 27: Guarding her own
Summer’s not ready to give up on Kyle, and to prove it she’s going to warn him against Audra using him to achieve her own goals.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a proper warning without Audra appearing to trigger Summer into some catty attacks, which we fully expect Audra to deflect since she’s not emotionally attached to anyone.
Given how Kyle’s been distancing himself from his feelings in general lately, Summer’s attempts will probably just make the divide between them all that larger.
