‘Days Of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers show that Lisa Rinna has weighed in on the workplace misconduct scandal surrounding Days Of Our Lives, addressing the allegations that have surfaced. Initially, she showed her agreement with the claims in an Instagram Story, but later removed the post.
Rinna specifically pointed to Albert Alarr, the co-executive producer/director, as the alleged individual responsible for the misconduct.
The investigation delved into allegations of gender disparity leading to the reduction of the cast, resulting in seven women being either fired or demoted. Additionally, Alarr was accused of engaging in “abusive” behavior that left people feeling uncomfortable and humiliated.
Having portrayed Billie Reed on the show since 1992, Rinna appeared to support the allegations and expressed her belief that workplace misconduct had been ongoing for years. While she didn’t provide further specifics, she mentioned her participation in the ‘Days Of Our Lives’ spin-off, Beyond Salem, in 2021.

Rinna openly conveyed her shock and disapproval of the work environment, describing it as “disgusting,” and made her sentiments known to Albert and others involved.
In response to the allegations, ‘Days Of Our Lives’ producer Corday Productions took action by engaging Sony Pictures Television to conduct an impartial investigation.
Following a comprehensive two-month inquiry, steps were implemented to create a safe and respectful work environment, based on the investigator’s findings.
As of now, the outcome of the investigation remains uncertain. Following the inquiry, Alarr received a written warning, and the Days Of Our Lives producer was also required to undergo training classes.
Despite these actions, he has retained his roles as co-executive producer and director, a decision that has allegedly caused “outrage among cast and crew.”
