Deavan Clegg has been very active when it comes to updating her fans on the health of her son, Taeyang. He was diagnosed with B-cell Leukemia cancer. Deaven and her family have been going through so much during this time and it has now been a year since he was diagnosed.
In a recent post on Instagram, Deavan was quick to share some of her thoughts on Taeyang’s journey and cancer treatments.

Deavan’s newest post on Instagram was a way to update her fans on how her son was doing now.
She wrote, “Strongest boy I know! Back in December Taeyang was hospitalized several times… the last time he was hospitalized we were really scared. We thought we were going to lose him. But a miracle happened and he pulled through… Life has been challenging. But this… this is reality. My son has cancer and it’s scary. I worry every day, and I know he is strong and will make it. But I live in constant fear. I try my best to put on a smile but the reality of the situation is I’m terrified. I love him so much.”
Deavan added, “He is still battling this horrible disease. But I know one day he will win the battle and we will get to see him ring the bell. Thank you to everyone who has supported us. The gifts, cards, and donations. You guys have made it possible so I can be by his side every second of the day. Thank you so much.”
Taeyang is the son of Deavan and Jihoon Lee, who we saw on 90 Day Fiance. The couple struggled through their relationship and Deavan ended up leaving him in South Korea and took Taeyang back to Utah with her.
When Deavan got back to Utah, she made claims that Jihoon was abusive to her daughter from a previous relationship. Then she announced that she had moved on with another man, Topher Park. The couple recently welcomed a baby of their own together.
Now that she has started to update her fans about Taeyang, she has shown that she is staying positive and hopes that they will get some updates on cancer again soon. Her fans are sending love and prayers their way.
