‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers are ready to see some fireworks and this episode isn’t going to disappoint.
There’s going to be some more fun confrontations, but from another storyline that’s bound to cause a whole lot of tension at some point.
We’ve got the popcorn ready, so let’s dive into some spoilers!
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For June 8: The easy target
After Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) tried to threaten Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby), we suspect he knows it didn’t do any good and he and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) know it won’t work.
So, they’ll prepare for him to strike next, and with the cat already gone their concern with be about Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster).
Since Cameron approached her first and commented on how she looks like Sharon, it’s reasonable for them to expect him to use her to get to Sharon or to simply use and kill her.
It’s going to be interesting to see what they come up with to protect her since Sharon’s bound to be a nervous wreck after he got into the house to get the cat.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For June 8: Phyllis’ time to pay
It looks like this is the end of Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman (Alison Lanier)’s marriage as Kyle’s going to go either to the police or Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) and tell them where Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is hiding.
‘Young and the Restless’ fully expect Summer to be beyond hurt that he’d do this and blame him and Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei), but she’ll know it’s her fault.
She’ll probably admit it and try to convince Kyle to let her fix it but he’s done trusting her. We appreciate the position she was in, but it’s what happens when schemers can’t scheme anymore.
Of course, Phyllis knows this has to be coming so she’ll probably go on the run again. Hopefully she’ll stay and deal with the consequences of her actions towards Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters).
The fact she and Summer think she should get off Scot-free is mind blowing, but given how warped their thinking has gotten it’s not a surprise.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For June 8: Diane’s victory
We’re curious what kind of victory Diane will get over Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) since the coup has started yet, much to our chagrin.
This will be fun to see Ashley get a good thumping after being so vicious since Diane’s return, and it’ll be fun to see how she reacts to taking a lump for once. We’re willing to bet it’ll just make her more determined instead of teaching her a lesson.
Will Phyllis face justice or run again? Let us know below and check back with ‘Young and the Restless’ for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation around.
