Love Is Blind was just a small experiment when it first aired on Netflix and there were two couples that made it to the altar and said ‘I do’. One of these couples was Amber Pike and Matt Barnett. They are now celebrating their 4th year of being married and they have the show to thank!
Love Is Blind: Their Love For One Another
In his most recent Instagram post, Matt shared with his fans that it was their anniversary. He shared some photos of her and them together and wrote, “4 years of marriage to the hottest wife ever! Here’s to at least8- more anniversaries.” His followers were quick to show their love for them on their anniversary.

One wrote, “Season 1 Love Is Blind couples will always be the best!” Another added, “I love this for you guys! Can’t believe it! I saw you guys on Love Is Blind right when it came out. Tears of joy that y’all lasted this long.” Along with the happy comments, there were also comments about if they were planning on having kids and what was next for them. Many of those questions didn’t get answered though.
Amber also shared a post with her fans about her loving husband. She wrote, “Life 4 years ago VS life over the past 4 years to now with my constant partner in crime.
People may think getting married the way we did is crazy, but I’ve always trusted my instincts(even the crazy ones) and they haven’t steered me wrong yet and thankfully your crazy instincts work damn near perfectly with mine. Happy Anniversary, Matt. I wouldn’t trade our crazy life over these last 4 years for anything.”
Amber had talked about how she would like to have another wedding ceremony with Matt since the first wedding was all for the show. She isn’t in a hurry since they are married, but it is something that she would like to do.
The couple is having a lot of fun together and they have really grown together as a couple. They celebrate their love for one another every day and it is so good to see them still going strong after being part of the first Love Is Blind experiment.
