90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way couple, Jen Boecher and Rishi Singh seemed to be in love and ready for the next step. Jen moved to India to be with him and after he told her that his parents had no clue about her, she took matters into her own hands.
She and her friends bombarded his parents and told them that Rishi had been with her for three years and that they were ready to get married. Of course, as soon as they heard this news, they seemed to be happy for him.

After Jen left, however, things changed. They questioned Rishi about her age and told him that they did not approve. Now it looks like Jen is moving on and on the last episode of the show, she called it quits.

As soon as Jen found out about Rishi’s family not approving of her age, she knew it was time to leave him. Jen is 47 and Rishi is 32 and of course, Jen doesn’t want to have kids and from other seasons of the show, we know that this is important in Indian culture.
Rishi has been keeping their relationship a secret and Jen felt as if this was a sign of how he truly felt about her.
On the latest episode of the show, Rishi decided that he needed to break the news to Jen about how his parents truly felt about their age difference. He also added that it had started to bother him too, but Jen said that he pretty much wasted her time since he was never open with her about her age until now.
She told him, “I’m done. I don’t want to be in a relationship where the person doesn’t stand up for me.” Rishi told the cameras that he wasn’t happy with her choice and wasn’t ready to let her go. He added that he would go against his family’s wishes so that he could be with her. She added, “It’s not gonna work out.”
Jen then told the cameras, “I’m just so hurt, honestly. I’m numb. But I don’t think he ever set out to hurt me.” After Rishi heard the news, he hugged her and told her that he couldn’t let her go.

She told him, “I think we just need to our separate ways. I think you need to let me go… I really do love you, but there’s just things that are impossible to work through. It’s just not realistic.”
