CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers reveals that Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) may finally be telling the truth. He may be putting his schemes aside to focus attention on the people who matter most in his life. He may be done trying to take advantage of everyone.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Coming Clean
Tucker decides to tell Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) everything. He admits to her that his company is failing and that his debt is astronomical. Tucker tells her that instead of trying to get investors or take more loans, it may be time for him to sell and get out. He thinks it may be time for him to look into starting something new with the people he cares about.
Both Ashley and his son, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) do not trust him. He has appeared to be scheming behind their backs and they don’t feel he is at all reliable. He confides in Ashley that he thinks it is time to cut his losses and start over. Ashley does not really believe him at this point. When would he ever give up the company that he built from scratch?
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Hitting Up the Competition
Tucker has learned through Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) that Newman Enterprises wants to take him down. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) have been conspiring about it. Their plan was to confront him about his debt and offer to buy him out.
They planned on stealth and have been eagerly anticipating surprising Tucker with their insider knowledge. Unbeknownst to them, Audra let him know their plans. Instead of waiting for their takeover, Tucker heads straight for Victoria and tells her that he wants to sell his company. She is shocked by his offer.
What does this mean? Could it really mean that Tucker is being truthful? Is he calling it quits and putting relationships before his company? How will this blind-side impact Victoria? Is she going to fire Audra for leaking her plans or call Nate Hastings to the carpet for not letting her know about Audra‘s actions? What will this do to the leadership at Newman?
