Zaya desired to have another child but did not have any assistance in taking care of the baby, primarily because she was occupied with her two businesses and her child, Mylah. Consequently, when Jovi Dufren shared a picture of Yara, who looked pregnant, on Instagram, it surprised her admirers, who began sending congratulatory messages to her.
With that being said, Yara uploaded a video on Instagram where she filmed herself in front of a mirror taking a selfie with a distended belly, which she later revealed was not due to pregnancy.
Despite showing how she deflated her belly, her Instagram followers were not happy about this. And this was reflected in the comments that were brutal. Several individuals in the cast believed that Yara’s joke was not well-received by fans who criticized her for being offensive and lacking respect, particularly towards women who are incapable of conceiving.
Additionally, some people were disputing Yara’s statements regarding margaritas, arguing that consuming a small amount of alcohol would not have caused her to appear pregnant. It appears that Yara and Jovi did not anticipate their joke to garner this much attention and had to devise a rationale to portray it as a mere jest.
