Things are heating up in Genoa City with the bicentennial gala right around the corner, and ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers are set for a little mischief to come our way.
These celebrations always bring out the more entertaining side of storylines, and it looks like the gala won’t be an exception to it as we’re getting a return of an old favorite and some more plotting and plot twists.
Let’s dive in!
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For March 22: Playing with fire
To say Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is playing a dangerous game in an understatement as any sense of rational thinking has vacated the premises.
She’s so blinded by her hate that she’s going to continue to work with Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) to target Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters).
‘The Young and the Restless’ have to give her credit for one thing: She’s adamant that nothing happens to her family or anyone she cares about.
Of course, she’s taking the word of one of the most dangerous men that’s graced Genoa City in some time, and we fully expect he’ll try to kill Diane and it’ll backfire and kill or severely injure someone close to Phyllis instead.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For March 22: Grand entrance
Maybe it’s just us, but when Jill Abbott (Jess Walters) makes a grand entrance it’s not a good thing. Especially when it involves the future of her company.
Granted, we don’t see why she’d accept Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) as a silent partner no matter what kind of contract they sign.
And we’re curious what it’ll mean when she walks into the arbitration.
She could either call it off or continue with the process, but she’s also the type to go her own way, so it wouldn’t surprise us to learn she told Victor to pound sand.
If nothing else, she should know he’s up to something. He rarely does anything out of the kindness of his heart unless there’s something in it for him.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For March 22: Mamie’s back!
A surprise return or two are always fun when there’s a celebration to be had, and with Mamie Johnson (Veronica Redd) returning there’s plenty of potential storylines that can come from her.
We don’t know how long she’ll be in town, but given her protective nature over the Abbott siblings, things should get pretty interesting when the topic of Diane comes up.
Of course, having her return could be putting her in the firing line for Jeremy and Phyllis’ plan, and what better way for Phyllis to earn the ire of just about everyone than to have Mamie’s blood on her hands?
Do you think Jill will take Victor’s offer? Let us know below and check back with ‘The Young and the Restless’ for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation around.
