We thought Tana Mongeau‘s era in music had ended but apparently not. She just announced on her TikTok page that she was in the studio making a rap song, she said that if people were fans of the song “Hefner” then they should be happy.
A few years ago Tana had this song come out called “Hefner” that was a rap song and we guess this is the sequel to it? Or maybe it’s the remix because awhile back on either the Cancelled Podcast or her live show, Tana’s Toxic Tips, she referenced possibly remixing Hefner with one of her sound cloud rapper friends. Specifically, Yung Gravy was mentioned but there was no mention of him in the TikTok so who knows if that collab ever went through.
Tana Mongeau announces a rap song?
However, it could be a completely new and original song. Also, the holidays are coming up so perhaps Tana decided to get in the Christmas spirit and do a Christmas song for her fans.
That would definitely be interesting, I can think of one title right off the top of my head that would be fitting for a Christmas song from Tana Mongeau, “…And Jesus Wept” but perhaps she’s not exactly going for a religious slant, maybe she’s just participating in the commercial part of the holiday, in which case she could definitely channel her favorite new word “Slay” and twist that into some form of holiday spirit.
We do wonder if she’s going to release this on YouTube or perhaps through OnlyFans? It would be kind of counterintuitive to release it only to her OF audience simply because not everyone subscribes and her YouTube base is still probably her main base, even if a lot of her fan base has decided to migrate over to aonlyFans just to see her wilder vlogs.
It will probably end up being on YouTube and Spotify and the like just like Hefner and the rest of her songs but you never know, she could decide to be exclusive with this one. Either way we’re wondering what on earth she’ll release. Stay tuned!!!
