Kelly Clarkson‘s home appears to be attracting unwanted guests… she’s asking a judge for court-ordered protection from a man she claims lately showed up many times at her place… even pulling up in a semi-truck. Kelly wants a temporary restraining order issued against a guy called Victor Fernandez, as well as protection for her family, nanny, and home manager.
According to Michael Lopez, the singer’s head of security, Fernandez first showed up at Kelly’s house on Thanksgiving, rolling up in a semi-truck and gazing over her privacy gate and into her yard. Lopez claims Fernandez visited twice more on Thanksgiving, once in the semi-truck and once on foot, ringing the doorbell and claiming to be looking for Kelly.
According to the documents submitted by Kelly’s attorney, Ed McPherson, Lopez alleges Fernandez returned to the property on foot on December 3, chatting to house employees and telling them Kelly told him to meet her there, despite the fact that she claims she has no idea who he is.

Ludwin Munoz, another member of Kelly’s security team, alleges he chatted with Fernandez via the home’s CCTV system during the December visit. When denied access, Munoz reports Fernandez appeared furious and bewildered, allegedly adding, “This is the second time she has done this… unless I am speaking to a fraudster or something.” Kelly’s security also alleges Fernandez took photos of the family SUV when her nanny showed up with her children in tow… and according to the documents, police were eventually called and a report was taken.
The singer is seeking a judge to order Fernandez to stay at least 100 yards away from her house, job, car, and her children’s school and child care… and Kelly claims she is terrified of what Fernandez might do and thinks he will cause her or her family damage.
