Bethenny Frankel got very candid on the issue of plastic surgery amid speculation over the work she may have had done.

The former star of ‘The Real Housewives of New York City’ admitted that she is considering getting some more plastic surgery. This admission was on the basis that she wanted to be as frank as possible with her fan base.
This approach fits in line with Bethenny’s philosophy, which was seen when she was criticised for her ‘ReWives’ podcast, with claims that she was unnecessarily bashing the show. With that being said, Bethenny let slip that she did have a few procedures in the past.
This included getting some botox, filler and even a breast procedure. In a post to her fans on Instagram, she said: “In today’s world of filters and facetune and people being outright dishonest about how they look.
“It’s so important to me that I remain transparent about my physical appearance, especially now that I’m in this beauty space.” Nevertheless, those comments are questionable for the following reasons.
First of all, by Bethenny being in the beauty industry, the last thing she should be doing is promoting unrealistic expectations of beauty. After all, not everyone can afford to go under the knife regardless of whether you are being honest about it or not.
Secondly, any tangible results that Bethenny does end up getting are meaningless since they were not natural. And yet, Frankel doubled down on her beliefs. She added: “I’m thinking very seriously about plastic surgery.”
The fans on social media were very critical towards the star. And in the process of doing so, the comments were very brutal indeed. One person wrote: “There is no plastic surgery for that body part,” while another person stated: “And still got a ugly heart.”
