First, this is likely to be one heck of an I-told-you-do for Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) once the word gets out. See, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers indicate Gabi will cross paths with the believed-dead Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash). We’re pretty sure Gabi will think she’s imagining things herself—of seeing Jake Lambert (Barash). After all, his resurrection would be the most likely of the two. But once she does know who it actually is, we see a lot of trouble ahead.

Elsewhere, EJ will be fit to be tied when he finds Ava and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) in a compromising position. Of course, this one is going to look way worse than the last time, and we’re sure EJ is going to go off on some rant about being betrayed and this is why Johnny stands up for Ava so much. All we have to say is, EJ has made this mess himself. He really needs to take a step back and think before he acts. This is just going to make things worse between father and son. And wait until Ava is proven sane by Stefan’s return! Things should really get interesting then.

Elsewhere, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal EJ isn’t going to be the only one trying to make sense of things around here. Chanel will likely be floored when she hears Paulina Price’s (Jackée Harry) news. Which, of course, should be about Paulina running for Governor instead of Abe Carver (James Reynolds). We’d like to think Chanel will be happy for her mother, even if it takes her a minute to process this sudden turn. However, there are promo clips out there that hint Chanel might have reason to shun any extra attention from a political campaign.

Finally, it looks like Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) doesn’t give up easily. On September 12th, he’ll ask Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) to get a drink with him. We’ll see if she’ll actually take him up on that. Although, with Sonny Kiriakis’ (Zach Tinker) attack forcing Stephanie and Alex to work together more, it’s possible they’ll get closer.
