Just a few months ago, Alina Kozhevnikova was fired from 90 Day Fiancé due to her racist posts on social media. There were plenty of fans that fell for her and her boyfriend, Caleb Greenwood, but their time was cut short on the show because of her firing. She hasn’t spoken out too much about it, but now that the smoke has cleared a little, she is ready to talk.

Things have really changed for Alina and she has started to make a lot of new life decisions. She and her roommate, Ethan, have moved to Buenas Aires, Argentina, and have started a new life. They were tired of the Russian government and propaganda and it was time for them to get out of the country.

Alina appeared on the Sarah Fraser Show podcast and she was quick to open up more about what had happened in her life. She shared that she was in Argentina and her new job is in video editing. She is also still dancing and making music. She talked to Sarah about how she was very shocked when she learned that she was fired from TLC. She said that she didn’t know what she did was offensive because it wasn’t offensive in Russia. She wanted to know why none of her friends ever called her out for posting these things and she would have known better than to do it.
She told Sarah, “When I faced discrimination for the first time in my life, I was still in middle school… for me, it was mind-blowing.” She continued to emphasize just how bad she felt with all of the comments that she made with these offensive photos.
When she was asked about the 90 Day Fiancé cast, she said that everyone unfollowed her as soon as they knew she was fired. She is still only speaking to Ben Rathbun’s friend, Jessica Siciliano. She told Sarah, “I really like her. I think she’s great.”
Alina is looking for love again, but this time in Argentina. She was pretty heartbroken about her breakup with Caleb, but she knows that they will be happy with other people. Alina has been very active on social media lately and she seems to have gotten her life back on track and is now in Argentina.
