Paramount+ has released a sneak peek of ‘Rocky’ star Sylvester Stallone as a New York mafia capo in the upcoming series ‘Tulsa King’. The 75-year-old actor will be starring as mob boss Dwight ‘The General’ Manfredi in a new show from ‘Yellowstone’ creator Taylor Sheridan!
An official release date has not yet been announced but the first episode is rumored to be released sometime in the fall of 2022. Paramount+ released the first image of him on social media in the middle of a city street in a dark suit and will mark the actor’s first leading role in television.

Sylvester Stallone Spotted On Set Of ‘Yellowstone’ Creators New Show ‘Tulsa King’
Stallone was star as Manfredi, who was recently released from prison after 25 years and exiled to Tulsa, Oklahoma. As he releases that he may be on the outs with his mob family, he begins to piece together his own ‘crew’ of unlikely characters to build a criminal empire.
According to Imdb, Stallone recently wrapped filming on ‘The Expendables 4’ and ‘Samaritan’ and will be currently working on this show alongside his role on ‘Guardians of the Galaxy 3’.
As a huge Stallone fan myself, this is very exciting to see. I don’t think I’ve ever even seen Stallone on a television show let alone starring in one. Very cool to see that he doesn’t care if it’s television or film, and will do what he wants. Looking forward to watching this. Now I just have to get Paramount+ along with the other 80 streaming services now.
