‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) has officially lost his mind. While everyone has been giving him bad advice about Dominic and what to do in the situation, he’s decided that Dominic is his son, and he has a right to be with him.
Let’s back up a minute. Not only did he sign papers about being a donor, but he doesn’t actually get any rights. Everything that Devon has been able to do so far is only because Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) wanted Devon in their lives, but it looks like it’s gone too far.

Devon has now brought this up to Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) and is setting up some time to talk about his rights to see Dominic. He doesn’t believe Chance Chancellor (Connor Floyd) is prepared to be a father and has been watching his every move since he’s been back.
However, it’s been quite the opposite, as Chance has decided to stay home and is even reading parenting books to improve on. Abby is really excited for him, and Devon is overreaching to try to be Dominic’s father. I understand some people’s claim that he is the “biological” father, but that’s not how donorship works. You don’t donate a bike to impoverished kids then decide you want it back. This is the same situation, he donated something for someone else to enjoy, he cannot retroactively go back and claim it as his.
