Joe Rogan has already called out CNN before, though it was mostly about Ivermectin. While he has brought up the fact that they edited his video talking about COVID before, this side-by-side comparison truly shows how much they messed with the colors of the video.
In the original video, the sun is out, it’s right and colorful, and everything looks normal. His skin tone looks right, the leaves on the tree behind him like they’re supposed to. However, in the version CNN uploaded, they turned the saturation way down and made him look yellow and jaundiced.

Podcast Host Joe Rogan Continues To Call Out CNN With New Comparison Showing CNN Filtering His Videos
He captioned the clip with “Yellow Journalism #fakenews” and the post has nearly 900,000 thousand likes, which is probably more than CNN gets in a week. This is supposed to be our source for news? If they can’t be trusted sharing a podcaster’s Instagram clip, what can we trust them with?
Viewers commented on the doctored video saying, “Doesn’t surprise me, they filter everything”, “That is just the tip of the iceberg of their lies and distortions”, “Glad you’re around speaking for so many @joerogan 💯”, “They Hit you with the zombie filter for the scaries 😂😂” and Andrew Huberman, Neuroscience Professor at Standford wrote, “In the world of scientific publishing (a solid enterprise), image manipulation of that sort would be considered worthy of a permanent ban from publishing, and major legal responsibility.”
While this isn’t anything new, seeing the clips side by side like this really puts it into perspective with how bad they changed it to make him look sick and decrepit.
