NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers for the week of January 10th reveal there’s a surprise visitor on the way to Salem. However, we’re also going to see a lot of heartbreak for Chanel DuPree (Raven Bowens) as well as other Price family drama. But the highlight of the whole week is going to be the trial about to get underway. Let’s talk the promo and a couple of other things ahead.
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Heartbroken
First, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers indicate Evil Johnny (Carson Boatman) really caused a stir at their wedding reception when he announced he no longer wants to be married to Chanel. She’s going to be devastated and it should cause plenty of drama this week. There’s a close call for Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) ahead, for example. And this might end up changing Lani Price’s (Sal Stowers) point of view.
Whatever happens there, we can guess one person will be thrilled with Friday’s reception shocker—EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel). He never wanted the wedding to happen anyway. And this will be a great opportunity to get the new in-laws (and the decorations) out of his house. Of course, we see there will also be a deal ahead for EJ, but we’ll see if Evil Johnny can be convincing enough.

This is a really rough time for Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin). She has no clue Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) is really alive. Plus, this town (and everyone she knows) is never short on drama. So, will she get a bit of happiness this week with a surprise visit from her mother, Nancy (Patrika Darbo)? We’ll see.

Details of the visit are sparse, but there is a hint of a shocking announcement. So, it could be more bad news piled on to what she already is dealing with. Or could lead to some fun moments of unsolicited motherly advice. We weren’t watching the last time the character showed up, but we love the actress, so we’re curious to see her in Salem.

Finally, let’s dig into the promo. ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers indicate this is going to be quite the mess. Lucas Horton (Brian Dattilo) will return for the occasion, and we can’t at the idea he’s going to get on the stand and lie. Sami is going to gut him when she learns the truth. Assuming EJ doesn’t get to him first.
In the promo, EJ actually promises to kill Lucas after accusing him in the courtroom of setting EJ up. Interestingly enough, Belle Black (Martha Madison) is representing EJ. So, we’re sure Sami is going to love that. By the way, we have to give props to the DOOL promo department for spoofing The People’s Court. Plus, calling EJ “The Haughty” while Lucas was “The Naughty”. We believe this trial is going to be a highlight of the week.
