‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) are still going strong and it doesn’t look like anything is going to affect their relationship, however, they’ve constantly been at odds with people like the Newmans.
This has made it difficult for them to have much time together that doesn’t involve work or scheming. However, there was a moment today where I could have sworn Billy was going to ask Lily to marry him. While it may not be the best time for them to actually get married, he had a good moment.

When Billy called Lily to come home and they did the faux interview with a photoshoot, I nearly thought this was going to be the moment when Billy proposed to her. While I was wrong, it got me thinking, when will he propose to her and will she definitely say yes?
While it’s understandable right now as Billy is faking falling off the wagon to trick Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), will they marry afterward and become one of the most powerful couples in Genoa City?
I think so. I think these two are the future of the show and Billy has been killing it lately, not to mention Lily who is head of one of the largest companies of the show now. Who would be Billy’s best man? Would his brother, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) be down for something like that? Let’s make it happen. Let’s go, Billy.
