Joe Rogan reacted to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi as she shocked Americans this past week when she defended the right for lawmakers, and their spouces, to buy and sell stocks while they are serving in Congress. Pelosi said, “We’re in a free-market economy. They should be able to participate in that.”
However, there’s one glaring issue with her comment. U.S. representatives and senators have access to a lot of confidential, nonpublic information. This makes this blatantly unfair to the rest of us and gives them a huge advantage in trading.
Podcast host Joe Rogan has responded to this and immediately laughed when he first said it. Take a look at the clip below.

Fans of Rogan commented on it saying, “It’s far beyond “insider trading” it’s the fact that she’s the one who appoints the “officials” to the boards that are responsible for regulation and oversight of the financial industry!!!”, “I love how everyone knows she’s corrupt and she still has a job”, “I’m so glad that Joe Rogan is speaking out against this. The more people know about this and want to question the unethical practices of trading stocks as a politician the faster we can get these lame people out of office. Both sides of the mainstream political parties are guilty of the same things. When is it really gonna be “WE THE PEOPLE” 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸?” and “She is so blatantly corrupt it’s unbelievable. The fact that she hasn’t been thrown in jail yet shows just how deep the rot goes.”
Watching Pelosi defend insider trading is hilarious and it doesn’t matter which side of the aisle you may be, this is absolutely ridiculous.
