‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers find that star Eric Martsolf may be a married man, be he has to admit a new co-star has captured a part of his heart. Seven-year-old Finley Rose Slater, who portrays Brady Black and Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) SORASed (soap opera rapid aging syndrome) daughter, Rachel is already a hit on set, especially with her TV Dad.
For Marstolf it was instant love with the daddy-daughter duo hitting it off from the second Martsolf complimented Slater on her sparkly shoes. Martsolf admits he has to thank his wife for that tip, teaching him to always compliment a woman on her shoes. ”It worked with a seven-year-old,” Martsolf marveled. “We’re best friends now.”
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Eric Martsolf (Brady Black) Is Enamored By His New Co-Star
Martsolf recalled further about Slater’s first day, saying “She walked in with these glittery shoes and glittery pants. She looked like she was ready to do a performance of Xanadu. I just loved it. She’s spicy!”
He also sees a lot of other co-stars in the talented young actress.
“She’s a mini Stacy [Haiduk]. Her spunk, her fire, her hair…just everything reminds me of Stacy.”
So, what of Brady’s other child with Teresa Donovan (Jen Lilley), Tate Donovan Black? Chronologically Tate, who is currently off the canvas would be 6 years old, but being that he was born four years before his half-sister, he should be at least 11 years old if he were to return to Salem
Martsolf, however, would like to see Tate return a wee bit older. “I wouldn’t mind if they aged Tate to a 15-year-old because at this point in my life I have a lot of experience raising 15-year-olds.” He is, of course, referring to his twin sons, Mason and Chase.
Is he sure he wants to add another teenaged by into the mix? Martsolf says he is, adding “I’ve never gotten to have that kind of a relationship with an older son [on screen].
