During WWE’s Monday Night Raw, a fan rushed and tackled WWE wrestler Seth Rollins! The fan has since been arrested and will be charged with attempted assault and attempted violation of arts and cultural affairs (disrupting live sporting event).
The incident happened and if you watched it while it was happening, all you saw was a young man run out of nowhere and tackle Rollins. The camera quickly cuts back to the ring and you couldn’t see what happened until fan videos began to surface on social media! Just check out the live view of what happened below!

WWE Fan Charged With Attempted Assault For Tackling Seth Rollins
There is a lot that doesn’t get seen during the live show, however, take a look at the event from a fan right next to the ramp who recorded the event on their cellphone.

WWE has issued a statement about the fan who attacked Seth Rollins,
“WWE takes the safety of its performers very seriously. The individual who attacked Seth Rollins has been turned over to the NYPD and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.“
While the WWE is known for its scripted storylines, over-the-top characters, and brutal action, apparently this wasn’t planned, and the incident was in fact a fan who thought they could assault one of the stars. Thankfully, no one was terribly injured. Rollins was reported to have a bloody, bruised lip but declined medical attention after the incident occurred.
In the fan videos, you can see security rush to pull the fan off of Rollins, while Rollins finally gets up and starts shouting obscenities at the man. I don’t blame him, I think all of us would if we just got blindsided.
