Around nine months ago, Justin Timberlake posted a big apology on Instagram, to Britney Spears and to Janet Jackson, saying this: “I am deeply sorry for the times in my life where my actions contributed to the problem, where I spoke out of turn, or did not speak up for what was right, I specifically want to apologize to Britney Spears and Janet Jackson [whose top he ripped off during their 2004 Super Bowl performance, exposing her breasts to millions of viewers] both individually because I care for and respect these women and I know I failed.”
It was revealed recently that now that the conservatorship is over and done with, Justin would love to sit down and talk privately with Britney Spears, now that they can do that without people prying into her life constantly, it’d be interesting to see what would go down.

Now, obviously, the flames of romance have cooled, Justin is married now and Britney is well on her way to being married to fiance Sam Asghari, but that being said – what would they even talk about? It’s been a long time and things were pretty messy between them during their 2002 breakup, so what would they talk about?
Would Justin apologize for the cracks he made about taking her virginity on the Howard Stern show? One would hope he might start there because that created a whole narrative around Britney’s sexual history that really shouldn’t have been speculated on.
He might also then go on to apologize for that lookalike he had playing her in the “cry me a river” video he released shortly after their breakup because it was clear that’s what the song was talking about and everyone really hated Britney afterward, even though we never got the full story from Britney herself.
It’s clear that Justin feels bad over something that went down in their relationship, but it looks like fiance Sam Asghari might have a little something to say about that because he recently posted on his own IG story, “Bringin’ sexy back is cool and all, but bringing real back in Hollywood is even sexier” was that shade we detect???
