Now that Audrey Roloff from Little People, Big World is expecting her third child, she has started to open up about the concerns that she has about her health with this pregnancy. She told her fans that she has had this health concern before and now she is completely ready to handle it. She shared quite a bit on her newest Instagram post.
Audrey loves to show off her baby bump and some of her followers think that she has been insensitive to those in her family that have had miscarriages recently, but that’s not stopping her. She posted a picture of herself and captioned it, “To me, my baby feels very low. My symphysis pubis dysfunction that came on with Bode around 8 months started much earlier with this babe.”
Little People, Big World: Audrey Roloff’s Concerns
SPD, according to Heathline, “is a group of symptoms that cause discomfort in the pelvic region. It usually occurs during pregnancy, when the pelvic joints become stiff or move unevenly.” The disorder can become incredibly painful, but it can cause no harm to the baby. It seems that Audrey knew exactly what was happening when she started to feel the pain since it happened with Bode as well.
Audrey says that she has been able to make a lot of the pain go away since now she knows how to manage it. “Thankfully I’ve been able to manage it with being more proactive this pregnancy. Regular chiro, kinesio tape, cupping, the cute velcro belt, and some pressure release stuff really helps. It stays manageable during these final weeks and it’s not horrible post partum.”
Ever since Audrey and her husband, Jeremy Roloff, left Little People, Big World, they have been working on their family. They started writing journals for couples to celebrate their lives together and they also do a podcast together. Their books have been on the New York Times best sellers lists and they have quite the following.
Audrey has about a month left before her due date and she and her daughter, Ember, have been trying to guess if the baby will be a girl or a boy. Ember really wants to have a baby sister and Audrey has made references that she think that she will have a boy this time around. Ember is just happy to be a big sister!
We will have to keep an eye on Audrey and see just what happens when the baby is born.
