’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers tells that, he wanted his Dad to accept him as a gay man, in a relationship, be overjoyed when he told him that his fiance had asked him to marry him, and agree to come to his wedding. However, that didn’t exactly come to pass in the way that Armando expeted it – at least not yet.
Armando finally cornered his Dad and had the tough conversation with him that he had been dreading having. While his Dad knew he was out, and knew he was dating a man, he wasn’t aware that Kenny had proposed.

Armando said in his confessional that the first time he came out, he and his Dad drove out to town and they just sat and watched cars on the street for a long time and didn’t say anything – while that’s not very productive conversation wise, you have to admit it could’ve gone a lot worse.
This time however, instead of stunned silence, his Dad actually had a lot to say, and they were some of the best sentiments that he could have expressed, given his initial misgivings about the entire thing. He said that no matter what he is proud of Armando and that he accepts him for who he is.
This was important to Armando because he said that all of his life, he’s tried to makehis parents proud of him, and to hear that coming from his Dad is one of the best things he could hear.
We all teared up when he said that, because when it comes to these kinds of conversations, they are never easy and could literally go south at any moment – thankfully this time it didn’t.
However, his Dad did confess that it would only bother him if he thought about it constantly, so he says that he doesn’t and hat he tries to keep busy instead. Given the amount of pushback for LGBT anything in Mexico, this is actually a really progressive viewpoint to have.
He’s doing better than say, Sumit’s parents! So let’s just give credit where credit is due. Armando tried to nail him down to get him to say that he would come to the wedding, but his Dad hasn’t quite cleared that hurdle yet – he said that he would have to talk that out a little further and decide, but Armando insists that he come to the wedding and pointed out that it was no different than him showing up to his sister’s wedding.
He totally has a point, if he can manage to be there for his sister’s wedding, then chances are e can make it for Armando’s wedding too – let’s hope that he continues running for Dad of the year award, mans up and turns up to the wedding. We’re all rooting for these two. Stay tuned!!!
